She was born in December 18 in 2001 (in Los Angeles, California). She comes from a family of musicians and music, and her brother is working closely together with Billie on her music.
Eilish’s breakthrough came in 2015 when she uploaded her debut single “Ocean Eyes” to SoundCloud. The song, written and produced by her brother, went viral and gave her lots of attention. This led to a record deal with Interscope Records, and the rest is history.
Today Billie Eilish has more than 42 million followers on YouTube, her most popular song has more than 2,000,000,000 views on YouTube, and the same song has been listened to nearly 3,000,000,000 times on Spotify (“Lovely”).
